These Breakfast Bagels are ready in less than 10 minutes thanks to the simple, whole-food ingredients and the air fryer! Perfect for mornings when you’re in a rush and don’t have the time to sit at the stove waiting for breakfast to cook (or decide to completely skip it 😢). Proof it doesn’t take long to still fuel and nourish your body!
I was craving a breakfast sandwich one morning but then had an idea to take it to another level. VOILA, these breakfast bagels were born! By putting everything in the air fryer, it gets so crispy and the textures and flavors melt together. This has been one of my recent go-to morning meals because it’s easy, delicious, and balanced with protein, carbs, and fats to keep me fuller for longer!
We love a simple, quick, savory breakfast option 👏

What You’ll Need
- Bagel – I used a gluten-free one but you can use any kind!
- Eggs
- Shredded Cheese – I used organic, grass-fed but any cheese (even dairy-free) works.
- Salt + Pepper
- Red pepper flakes
How To Make
Start by lining the inside of your air fryer with parchment paper. If you’re using an oven, just line a baking sheet with parchment paper instead!
Slice your bagel in half and place face down on the paper. Then, crack two eggs in the center of each bagel so the yolks sit in the holes. Sprinkle a little shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes on top. Close the air fryer tray and cook at 350F for seven to eight minutes until the egg is fully cooked and the cheese and bagel are golden!
Transfer everything to a plate and you have a delicious, savory breakfast 🤌
