I love making this recipe and dividing it into small containers to store in the fridge and freezer so I always have something to grab. Perfect for your afternoon sweet tooth or post-workout snack! What You’ll Need
Cottage cheese
Maple syrup — or you can sub in powdered sugar or powdered monk fruit.
Vanilla extract
Almond flour
Vanilla protein powder – I’m loving Truvani right now.
Chocolate chips – Hu Baking Chips are my fave!
How To Make
Add your cottage cheese (16oz.), maple syrup, and vanilla to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. You might need to stop and scrape the sides a few times to make sure it all is mixed!
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add almond flour and protein powder. Stir until combined and you have a cookie dough consistency. Mix in the chocolate chips and enjoy!

What, if anything, can I use instead of protein powder
Could I use regular flour instead of almond? Or something else?
My son has a nut allergy.
I’m allergic to almonds. Is there a good substitute for the almond flour? Maybe coconut or oat? Or even regular flour?
I bet oat flour would be best!
