Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough (High Protein, Low Sugar)

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cottage cheese (1 container)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (feel free to sub powdered sugar or powdered monk fruit for sweetener)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and add almond flour, protein powder. Stir until combined and cookie dough consistency. Mix in chocolate chips. Enjoy!
