This healthy, easy air fryer salmon is gluten free, dairy free. Perfect for a quick protein and meal prep. On a white plate, two thick salmon fillets are golden brown and crispy from the air fryer. The sauce is glazed and crispy on top with flakes of red peppers for added texture.

The Best Air Fryer Salmon (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • toasted sesame seed oil (or neutral oil of choice)
  • soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 spoonful light brown sugar
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • ginger powder
  • red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
  • 2 salmon fillets

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together all of the sauce ingredients (everything but the salmon).
  • Place the salmon on parchment paper skin side down and pat dry with a paper towel. Add the mixture on top, spreading so it completely covers the fillets.
  • Place the salmon in the air fryer at 375F for 10 minutes until crispy.
  • Great for protein with any meal and making for meal prep. Enjoy!
