Ingredients
1/4cupgluten-free flour
1tbspcashew butter(or any nut / seed butter)
2tbspcoconut sugar
4tbsppumpkin puree
1tsppumpkin pie spice
1/4tspbaking soda
1pinchsea salt
Optional frosting: vegan cream cheese + powdered sugar - no measurements but start with 2-3 tbsp vegan cream cheese and slowly add in sweetener while mixing until you reach desired consistency!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients (except frosting ingredients) to a small bowl and mix well. Roll dough into a ball and flatten on to the baking sheet.
