Single-Serve Hot Cocoa Cookie (Gluten Free, Vegan)

gluten-free flour

cashew butter
(or any nut / seed butter)

sweetener

heaping tbsp
cacao / cocoa powder
3-4
tbsp
milk of choice
pinch
sea salt
1/4
tsp
baking powder
Optional: melted chocolate, marshmallows, crushed candy canes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
Add dough to parchment paper and form into a cookie shape (it will be wet/sticky so dip your fingers in water first if it’s sticking to your hands).
Bake 15 ish minutes. Let cool completely and add melted chocolate, marshmallows, and crushed candy canes
