Single-Serve Brownie Baked Oatmeal (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Ingredients
1/3
cup
oats
1/2
banana
(the spottier, the better!)
1
egg
1/4
cup
milk of choice
(I like using almond, oat, and cashew milk)
1
heaping tablespoon
cocoa powder
Pinch
salt
1/4
tsp
baking soda
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish.
Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined.
Pour batter into baking dish, top with chocolate chips and bake for about 15 minutes.
Top with flakey sea salt (optional) and enjoy!
