In a clear tall glass is dark cold brew poured over big ice cubes and the pumpkin cream poured on top, seeping into the dark coffee adding a light caramel color and swirls.

Healthy Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter (see above for other recommendations)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2-4 tbsp maple syrup (depending how sweet you like it— I personally like mine on the sweeter side!)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients and pour over iced or hot coffee. Enjoy!
