Healthy Berry Crisp

For the berries

maple syrup

arrowroot starch

For the crisp

oats

1:1 gluten-free flour

cup
coconut sugar

cup + 2 tbsp
coconut oil (melted)

tsp
cinnamon
pinch
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Wash berries and slice if needed. Make sure they are dry! Add berries, maple syrup, lemon juice, arrowroot starch and salt to a 8x8 baking dish.
In a bowl, add all crumble ingredients and mix well. Add spoonfuls of crumble onto berry mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
