Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl (Gluten Free, High Protein)

pizza toppings
(any vegetables, pepperoni's, proteins, etc.)

cottage cheese
1/2
cup
marinara sauce
(or pizza sauce)
Italian seasoning
mozzarella cheese
(shredded)
parmesan
(shredded or grated)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Prepare any pizza toppings.
In a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese and marinara or pizza sauce. Add pizza toppings and Italian seasoning and stir to combine.
Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish. Pour the mixture in and top with cheese and any extra toppings.
Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
