Brownie Batter Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 & 1/4

water

salt

steel-cut oatmeal

tbsp
coconut sugar
3
tbsp
cocoa powder
Optional: add a scoop of protein powder. add toppings of your choice!
Instructions
Bring water and salt to a boil.
Add oats.
Simmer for 25 mins (stirring every once in awhile). Add more water if it’s sticking.
Remove from heat and stir in sweetener and cocoa powder (I also like to add a scoop of protein powder!)
Optional: add toppings! I love greek yogurt, nut butter, and more chocolate.
