This healthy cottage cheese pizza bowl is gluten free, high protein, and easy to make. In a small bowl is a serving of this pizza bake. It's thick from the cottage cheese and red with pizza sauce. Bits of green from italian seasoning and garnish pokes through. thick, round pepperoni are placed on top for more texture and flavor. Melted cheese is throughout the top and mixed in.

Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Ingredients

  • pizza toppings (any vegetables, pepperoni's, proteins, etc.)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (or pizza sauce)
  • Italian seasoning
  • mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • parmesan (shredded or grated)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Prepare any pizza toppings.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese and marinara or pizza sauce. Add pizza toppings and Italian seasoning and stir to combine.
  • Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish. Pour the mixture in and top with cheese and any extra toppings.
  • Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
