What You’ll Need

How To Make

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a high-speed blender, blend the eggs, cottage cheese, and seasonings together until smooth.
  3. Lightly spray the parchment paper lined tray, then pour the mixture on top. Use the back of a spoon to spread it evenly into a rectangle shape. (Tip: It can take up the entire baking sheet depending on what size you use!)
  4. Bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes until the crust is slightly golden.
  5. Let the wrap cool completely before carefully lifting it off of the parchment paper to make your wrap. Place on a plate or cutting board.
  6. Make your wrap by using whatever ingredients you want! 
  7. Gently fold up your wrap, slice in half, and enjoy!

  • Shredded chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickles, buffalo sauce.
  • Chicken, tomatoes, arugula, pesto.
  • Roasted peppers, black beans, salsa or pico, and avocado or guacamole.
  • Tuna salad, mixed greens, cucumber, shredded carrots, peppers.
  • Grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes, spinach, red pepper flakes, and fresh mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • seasonings of choice (garlic powder, Italian seasoning, etc.)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Blend together all ingredients.
  • Lightly spray parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the mixture on the parchment paper in the shape of a rectangle or take up the entire baking sheet. Spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake 30 min or until lightly golden brown.
  • Let cool completely and carefully remove from parchment paper.
  • Add toppings of choice (see above for what I used and other ideas).
  • Roll up, slice in half, and enjoy!
