Two Ingredient Cottage Cheese Wrap (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Ingredients

cup
cottage cheese
2
eggs
seasonings of choice
(garlic powder, Italian seasoning, etc.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a tray with parchment paper.
Blend together all ingredients.
Lightly spray parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Pour the mixture on the parchment paper in the shape of a rectangle or take up the entire baking sheet. Spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
Bake 30 min or until lightly golden brown.
Let cool completely and carefully remove from parchment paper.
Add toppings of choice (see above for what I used and other ideas).
Roll up, slice in half, and enjoy!
