Two Ingredient Cottage Cheese Wrap (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • seasonings of choice (garlic powder, Italian seasoning, etc.)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Blend together all ingredients.
  • Lightly spray parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the mixture on the parchment paper in the shape of a rectangle or take up the entire baking sheet. Spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake 30 min or until lightly golden brown.
  • Let cool completely and carefully remove from parchment paper.
  • Add toppings of choice (see above for what I used and other ideas).
  • Roll up, slice in half, and enjoy!
