This healthy two ingredient cottage cheese wrap is gluten free, high protein, low sugar, low carb, keto, and perfect for meal prep. On a white plate is a wrap with sandwich fillings. The wrap is a golden yellow and looks fluffy with slightly crisp edges. The inside has green lettuce, red tomatoes, turkey slices, and pickles showing through the cut side angle.

Two Ingredient Cottage Cheese Wrap (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • seasonings of choice (garlic powder, Italian seasoning, etc.)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a tray with parchment paper.
  • Blend together all ingredients.
  • Lightly spray parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the mixture on the parchment paper in the shape of a rectangle or take up the entire baking sheet. Spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake 30 min or until lightly golden brown.
  • Let cool completely and carefully remove from parchment paper.
  • Add toppings of choice (see above for what I used and other ideas).
  • Roll up, slice in half, and enjoy!
