Healthier Eggnog (Dairy Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

If you’re a fan of eggnog, like me, you’re going to want to make this CREAMY, delicious healthier recipe!

It’s dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and full of Christmas flavor – it’s as good as the original.

Watch my video tutorial HERE.

healthier eggnog is shown at an above view of two clear glasses. the thick drink is poured to the top of the clear glasses. the drink is a light beige that stands out against the white marble background. each drink is topped with sprinkled cinnamon, golden brown. across the rim of the glasses lies a cinnamon stick.

There are a lot of options for “healthier” dairy-free eggnog that can be found at most grocery stores. But when you read the nutrition label, you can find a lot of gums, sugar, natural flavors, and even added coloring! All of these additives can be harmful to the gut and might leave you not feeling your best.

I wanted to make a simple, dairy-free version that was full of healthier ingredients that would be both satisfying AND delicious! Just blend all the ingredients together and voila.

Trust me when I say this might become your new go-to holiday drink this season. It’s so yummy on its own, in coffee, or with some added alcohol for a festive cocktail!
