Viral Cloud Pizza (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup egg whites (or 5 large egg whites from whole eggs)
  • 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Toppings of choice: tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, see above post for more ideas.

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, cornstarch, and salt with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form (about 3-5min).
    • Spread mixture onto the lined tray, covering the entire area.
    • Bake for about 12-14min or until lightly golden brown. How thick you make the crust will make the bake time vary.
    • Add pizza toppings and place back into the oven until cheese has melted or toppings are warmed.
    • Slice and enjoy!
