Viral Cloud Pizza (Gluten Free, High Protein)

egg whites
(or 5 large egg whites from whole eggs)

cornstarch

sea salt
Toppings of choice: tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, see above post for more ideas.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the egg whites, cornstarch, and salt with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form (about 3-5min).
Spread mixture onto the lined tray, covering the entire area.
Bake for about 12-14min or until lightly golden brown. How thick you make the crust will make the bake time vary.
Add pizza toppings and place back into the oven until cheese has melted or toppings are warmed.
Slice and enjoy!
