Note: there aren't any measurements for this recipe because you can customize it to whatever you have on hand. To start, you can use one banana and a pint of each berry to see how much you'll use and how many clusters it makes!
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice your banana into coins. Arrange them in groups of 3 on top of the parchment paper. Then add raspberries around, followed by blueberries.
Melt chocolate by placing chocolate in a small bowl with 1 tsp of coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth.
Pour chocolate over the top of each fruit cluster.
Freeze for at least 2 hours or until set.
Option to top with sea salt. Let thaw a few minutes and enjoy!
