Three Ingredient Protein Mug Cake (Gluten Free, Low Carb)

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  • Mix together protein powder and cocoa powder.
  • Add the milk and mix again.
  • Pour into a lightly grease 8oz ramekin or mug.
  • Microwave for 45sec - 1 min. (If baking in the oven, bake at 350F for 12-15min.)
  • Let it cool slightly and add a drizzle of peanut butter or any toppings. Enjoy!
