These easy healthy three ingredient bagels are high protein, lower carb, low sugar, refined sugar free, and can be gluten free. On a parchment paper lined tray is four freshly baked blueberry bagels. Golden brown on the outside, slightly crisp edges, blueberries mixed in poking through, nice rise. the inside is light, fluffy, soft, chewy with blueberries mixed in.

Three Ingredient Blueberry Bagels (High Protein, Low Carb)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour (or 1:1 gluten free flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 350F and line the basket with parchment paper.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together, except blueberries and egg, until a dough forms. Stir in blueberries.
  • Roll into 4 balls and then slightly flatten and form a hole in the middle of each dough ball.
  • Place in the air fryer basket.
  • Make the egg wash by whisking 1 egg in a small bowl and lightly brush on top of each bagel.
  • Air fry for 30-35 min. If using the oven instead, bake for 35-40 min.
  • Let cool at least 10 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
