Snickers Peanut Butter Banana Pops (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

banana
peanut butter
(or any nut/seed butter)
peanuts
(or any nut/seeds)
chocolate chips

coconut oil
Instructions
Cover a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper - make sure it will fit in your freezer.
Add peanut butter to a shallow bowl or plate and set aside.
Add peanuts to a shallow bowl and set aside.
Melt chocolate by combining chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until fully smooth.
Slice a banana in half and place a popsicle stick in each.
Dip the banana half in peanut butter, fully covering. Then roll in peanuts. Repeat with each banana half you have.
Place on the parchment paper lined tray and set in the freezer for 15 min.
Once slightly frozen, dip each half into the melted chocolate, fully covering.
Place back on the parchment paper lined tray and in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
When done, let them thaw slightly, and enjoy!
