Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bowl with Magic Shell (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Greek yogurt
(or dairy free yogurt)

pumpkin puree

scoop
vanilla protein powder

pumpkin pie spice
honey
(to taste, use maple syrup or leave out if vegan)
For magic shell:

tbsp
chocolate chips
1
tsp
coconut oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl.
Set in the fridge while you make the magic shell.
To make magic shell, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until fully melted and smooth.
Pour the chocolate over the yogurt bowl and spread to coat the top. Option to top with sea salt.
Set in the fridge for 5 min or until chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
