Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bowl with Magic Shell (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 serving Greek yogurt (or dairy free yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • honey (to taste, use maple syrup or leave out if vegan)

For magic shell:

  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl.
  • Set in the fridge while you make the magic shell.
  • To make magic shell, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate over the yogurt bowl and spread to coat the top. Option to top with sea salt.
  • Set in the fridge for 5 min or until chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
