Pumpkin Spice Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough (Gluten Free, High Protein)

vanilla protein powder
(heaping cup)

pumpkin puree

cup
chocolate chips

pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Add cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla to a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a large mixing bowl and add almond flour, protein powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until combined and cookie dough consistency.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Set in fridge for 1 hour for a thicker (and better) cookie dough consistency. Enjoy!
