Mini Broccoli Pizza Bites (Gluten Free, Low Carb)

broccoli
(or cauliflower)

eggs

cup
almond flour
1/4
cup
grated parmesan
herbs
(oregano, Italian seasoning)

olive oil
Toppings: see above for ideas, use whatever sounds good!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients except toppings to a food processor, pulse until combined.
Scoop and form the mixture into a ball and place on the sheet in rows. Leave about 2 inches between each. Gently flatten each ball into a crust shape.
Bake for 20 min, until slightly brown along the edges.
Add toppings and bake again for 5-10 min until cheese is melted or toppings are warmed.
Let cool a couple of minutes to firm and enjoy!
