Homemade Pistachio Milk (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachios
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp almond extract (optional, but tastes amazing)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the cup of a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Using a nut milk bag, strain the milk into a large cup or pan.
  • Serve however you like, and enjoy!

*store in an air-tight bottle or mason jar for up to one week in the fridge.
