Homemade Pistachio Milk (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

pistachios

cups
filtered water

pinch
salt

tsp
almond extract
(optional, but tastes amazing)

tbsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the cup of a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
Using a nut milk bag, strain the milk into a large cup or pan.
Serve however you like, and enjoy!
*store in an air-tight bottle or mason jar for up to one week in the fridge.
