High Protein Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (Gluten Free, Low Sugar)

Ingredients

cottage cheese

tbsp
maple syrup
(or honey, monk fruit)
1/4
tsp
spirulina
(optional, for green color)
a couple
drops
peppermint extract
(a little goes a long way!)
chocolate chips
(chopped)
Instructions
Place all ingredients except for chocolate chips in the cup of a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth. Pour into a medium-sized glass food container.
Add chocolate chips and stir to evenly distribute.
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours, stirring halfway through to prevent iciness.
Once set, scoop, and enjoy!
