High Protein Cottage Cheese Queso (Gluten Free)

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese

  • Pour into a bowl with shredded cheese and mix well.
  • Microwave 45 seconds and stir.
