Healthy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

pumpkin puree

coconut sugar
(or regular sugar)

avocado oil
(or any neutral oil)

eggs

tsp
baking soda

tbsp
pumpkin pie spice

pinch
sea salt

tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
chocolate chips + more for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into loaf pan and spread evenly.
Top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, when risen and golden brown.
