Healthy Fudge Pops (Gluten Free, Refined Sugar Free)

Ingredients

avocado

Greek yogurt
(or dairy free yogurt)

tbsp
honey
(or maple syrup, monk fruit)
1/4
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
2
tbsp
almond butter
(or any nut/seed butter)
Instructions
Slice an avocado in half and scoop the inside into a blender or food processor.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Stop and scrape the sides, blend again, and repeat until fully blended.
Take silicone popsicle mold, leaving out the sticks, and carefully add the blended mixture to each mold. Fill close to the top.
Place popsicle sticks back in each mold and put in the freezer for at least 3 hours. The longer the better!
Once set, remove from silicone mold, and enjoy!
