Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place bacon on baking sheet and bake 15-20min or until desired crispiness.
On the stovetop, cook the ground beef until fully cooked through and no pink remains.
Slice lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion, bacon, avocado, and green onion. Shred cheese.
Make the burger sauce by combining the sauce ingredients, adding splashes of pickle juice to thin until you reach desired consistency.
Assemble burger bowl by starting with lettuce and then adding ground beef and other preferred toppings/vegetables.
