Healthy Baked Donuts

1:1 gluten-free flour

coconut sugar
1/2

milk of choice
(I used almond milk)

avocado oil
(or oil of choice)

egg
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
tsp
baking soda
1/4
tsp
sea salt
For the chocolate topping
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
1
tsp
coconut oil
all-natural sprinkles
for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease donut pan and set aside.
Whisk together coconut sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
Whisk in flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
Pour batter into a plastic baggie and slice the corner off the plastic baggie.
Pipe donut batter into each donut mold.
Bake 15-17 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before removing from pan.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip each donut into chocolate and add sprinkles. Set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.
