Healthy Apple Cinnamon Bread (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Ingredients

medium apples
(about 2 cups diced)

almond flour

coconut sugar

avocado oil
(or melted coconut oil)

vanilla extract

cinnamon

baking soda
1/2
tsp
apple cider vinegar
(or lemon juice)

dash
sea salt
Maple Cream Cheese Drizzle
1/4
cup
cream cheese
(regular or dairy free, softened)
2
tbsp
maple syrup
2
tbsp
powdered sugar
optional milk to thin if needed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Dice apples (peeling is optional but dice the apples pretty small!).
Add all ingredients (include 1 diced apple but save the other diced apple to stir in after blending) to a high speed blender or food processor.
Blend until fully combined (you may have to scrape the sides a couple of times). Stir in remaining apples.
Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth out the top.
Bake for about 50 mins. Let cool and make icing by mixing together all of the icing ingredients. Drizzle, slice, and enjoy!
