Healthier Old Fashioned Apple Cake (Gluten Free)

large apples
(about 4 cups diced)

sugar
(cane, coconut, etc.)

cup
avocado oil
(or melted coconut oil)

eggs

1:1 gluten free flour

cinnamon

vanilla

tsp
baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with oil.
Add apples to the baking dish, coating the bottom.
Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Bake for 40min until slightly golden and crisp.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
