In a small white ramekin dish is a single 8oz serving of freshly chilled cookie dough. It looks just like regular cookie dough, golden color, smooth and thick texture with chocolate chips mixed in and on top.

Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough (High Protein, Low Carb)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 4 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms.
  • Add chocolate chips and fold in.
  • Eat right away or chill for a few hours in the fridge for the perfect cookie dough consistency. Enjoy!
