Greek Yogurt Brownies (Gluten Free, High Protein)

protein powder
(chocolate or vanilla)

coconut sugar
(or granulated sweetener of choice)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a pan with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Transfer to baking pan, spread evenly, option to top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 - 25 min until firm and slightly risen.
Let cool completely, top with flakey sea salt, and enjoy!
