Greek Yogurt Brownies (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar (or granulated sweetener of choice)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a pan with parchment paper.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Transfer to baking pan, spread evenly, option to top with chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 20 - 25 min until firm and slightly risen.
  • Let cool completely, top with flakey sea salt, and enjoy!
