These easy healthy greek yogurt brownies are gluten free, low carb, high protein, low sugar, refined sugar free, keto friendly, and clean eating. On a sheet of light brown parchment paper are freshly baked brownies that are rich chocolate brown with chocolate chips poking through and flakey sea salt on top with little cracks. The inside is shown to be thick, fluffy, soft, gooey, with firm edges.

Greek Yogurt Brownies (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar (or granulated sweetener of choice)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a pan with parchment paper.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Transfer to baking pan, spread evenly, option to top with chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 20 - 25 min until firm and slightly risen.
  • Let cool completely, top with flakey sea salt, and enjoy!
