Frozen Protein S'mores (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Ingredients

  • 6 graham crackers
  • 16 oz coconut cool whip (or regular)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line a medium-sized glass food container with parchment paper.
  • Place 3 full graham crackers along the bottom of the container.
  • Take your container of cool whip, add a scoop of protein powder, stir until mixed in. Should be a thicker whip!
  • Scoop protein whip mixture on top of the graham crackers and spread evenly.
  • Melt chocolate by combining chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 sec, stir, and repeat until smooth. Pour on top of other layers.
  • Place 3 more full graham crackers on top.
  • Set in the freezer for at least 1 hour, until firm.
  • Once frozen, carefully remove from container, place on a cutting board to slice into 6 pieces along the seams of the crackers. Enjoy!
