Easy, Healthy Pumpkin Brownies (Gluten Free, Vegan)

pumpkin puree

cup
peanut butter
(any nut/seed butter)
1/4
cup
maple syrup
(or honey for non-vegan)

oats

cocoa powder
(unsweetened)
Optional: chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Transfer batter to the loaf pan. Option to top with chocolate chips.
Bake 25 min until risen and firm.
Let cool slightly, top with flakey sea salt, slice, and enjoy!
