Easy Baked Oatmeal (Gluten Free, Vegan)

(spotty for sweetness)

oats

chia seeds

vanilla protein powder
(optional)

milk of choice
(regular or dairy free)
Toppings/add-ins
blueberries
shredded coconut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spray an 8x8 baking dish.
Place your bananas in the baking dish and mash.
Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the toppings) and mix well. Then add the toppings.
Bake for about 40 minutes, until the oats are firm and slightly golden.
Allow to cool completely before slicing and enjoy!
