Easy Baked Oatmeal (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (spotty for sweetness)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (regular or dairy free)

Toppings/add-ins

  • blueberries
  • shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spray an 8x8 baking dish.
  • Place your bananas in the baking dish and mash.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the toppings) and mix well. Then add the toppings.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes, until the oats are firm and slightly golden.
  • Allow to cool completely before slicing and enjoy!
