Easy Air Fryer Fajitas (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • steak (or protein of choice, see above for options)
  • 2 bell peppers (preferably different colors)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients by slicing the steak, peppers, and onion.
  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  • Add steak, peppers, and onions to the basket and lightly spray with oil.
  • Generously season with taco seasoning. Use tongs to mix and make sure everything is coated.
  • Air fry at 350F for 15 min, tossing halfway through (7-8 min).
  • Serve on a salad, on tortillas, as is, or as nachos. Enjoy!
