Double Chocolate Banana Bread

spotty bananas

oat flour
(oats blended into flour or store-bought oat flour)

eggs

avocado oil

cup
coconut sugar
(see above for subs)

cocoa powder

milk of choice

tsp
salt
(plus more for topping)

baking soda
chocolate chips
(for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Using a fork, mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in oil, milk, and eggs and stir well.
Next, add in oat flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt. Stir again.
Pour batter into loaf pan and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
