Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp powdered monk fruit
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender cup, blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a medium sized dish or glass food container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  • Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
