Cottage Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free, High Protein)

cottage cheese

honey or maple syrup
(add up to 1/3 c for sweetness)

vanilla extract

almond flour
1/2
cup
vanilla protein powder

tsp
baking powder
chocolate chips
(any amount you like!)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese, honey, vanilla for about one minute until smooth.
Pour mixture into a medium bowl. Add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder. Mix well, then add chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving 1-2 inches in between. Slightly flatten the tops and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 10 min, until golden brown around the edges.
Let cool fully and enjoy!
