Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip (Gluten Free, High Protein)

buffalo sauce

Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a medium oven-safe dish.
Add shredded chicken to the dish.
In a high speed blender, blend cottage cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.
Add blended mixture to the dish with chicken. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
Mix well until combined and chicken is fully coated in the cottage cheese mixture.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25min then broil for 5 until the cheese is slightly browned.
Serve with chips, pretzels, veggies, etc., and enjoy!
