Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip (Gluten Free, High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a medium oven-safe dish.
    • Add shredded chicken to the dish.
    • In a high speed blender, blend cottage cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth.
    • Add blended mixture to the dish with chicken. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
    • Mix well until combined and chicken is fully coated in the cottage cheese mixture.
    • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
    • Bake uncovered for 25min then broil for 5 until the cheese is slightly browned.
    • Serve with chips, pretzels, veggies, etc., and enjoy!
