Cottage Cheese Berry Dessert Cup (High Protein, Low Sugar)

Ingredients

  • 1 5oz container of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup berries of choice (fresh or frozen)
  • 2-3 squares dark chocolate (or 2 tbsp chocolate chips)

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor with berries and pulse until smooth.
  • Transfer cottage cheese berry mixture back into the cottage cheese container (or another if preferred). Smooth out the top.
  • Melt the chocolate by microwaving for 30sec, stir, and repeat until smooth.
  • Spread chocolate over the top of the cottage cheese cup so you get a chocolate "shell."
  • Set in the freezer for 5 min or until chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
