Cottage Cheese Banana Bread (Gluten Free)

spotty bananas

eggs

cottage cheese

oat flour
1/4
cup
honey
1/4
tsp
sea salt

baking soda
1
tsp
cinnamon
chocolate chips
(as many or as little as you like)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas and cottage cheese until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
Fold in chocolate chips and pour into loaf pan. Top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake 40-45 min.
Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
