Chickpea Blondies (Gluten Free, Vegan)

chickpeas
1/2
cup
maple syrup
1/3
cup
oat flour
(or almond flour)
1/4
cup
cashew butter
(or any nut/seed butter)

tbsp
oil
(any neutral oil, I use avocado oil)
1/4
tsp
baking soda
1
pinch
sea salt
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or lightly spray.
Rinse and drain chickpeas.
Add all ingredients, except chocolate chips, to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Add chocolate chips and stir.
Transfer batter to the baking dish. Optional to add more chocolate chips and salt on top.
Bake for 30 min. Let cool completely, slice, and enjoy!
