Apple Pie Baked Oatmeal

apple
(chopped)

milk of choice
Few shakes
apple pie spice
(can sub cinnamon)
pinch
salt

baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease an oven-safe dish and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Pour batter into dish. Top with extra apple pie spice or cinnamon.
Bake for 20-22 minutes. Add toppings of choice— I used almond butter, honey, cinnamon, and bee pollen.
