Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

vanilla protein powder

apple
(chopped)
cinnamon
to taste
pinch
sea salt

baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat oven-safe bowl or ramekin in oil and set aside (I used avocado oil).
In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour mixture into greased bowl or ramekin. Optional— top with extra cinnamon and coconut sugar.
Bake for 18-22 minutes.
