1 tspground flax seed(or can use another tsp coconut flour)
1 egg
1/4tspbaking powder
cinnamon (to taste)
4-5 tbspwater(or enough to make your consistency match the picture... see above!)
Instructions
Lightly grease mug or ramekin (can use butter, coconut oil, avocado oil, etc.)
Mash banana in a separate bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter into mug.
Microwave for two minutes or until fully cooked through.
I always add toppings! This time, I used almond butter and dark chocolate chips :)
Notes
*VEGAN option - sub flax egg for egg. Consistency may be slightly different. Most of the time, I don't even need a sweetener with this recipe but I have tried honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and stevia and they're all delicious!
