Healthier Cupid Crunch (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Ingredients

  • popcorn (made with olive oil, avocado oil, or coconut oil are great)
  • cereal (any kind)
  • pretzels (can be gluten free)
  • freeze-dried strawberries
  • white chocolate (can be dairy free/vegan)
  • coconut oil
  • natural red food coloring (optional)
  • natural sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Add popcorn, cereal, pretzels, freeze-dried raspberries to a large bowl and toss.
  • Line a tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture on top, spread evenly.
  • Melt white chocolate chips with a spoonful of coconut oil in the microwave for 30 sec, stir, and repeat until fully melted. Add a few drops of food coloring and stir.
  • Pour pink chocolate on top of snack mix and option to add sprinkles.
  • Place in the fridge for 10 min until chocolate is hardened and set. Break apart and enjoy!
