Three Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix (vanilla, spiced, pumpkin, chocolate, etc.)
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • chocolate chips (can be dairy free)

Note: no specific measurement for chocolate chips, measure with your heart!

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly with spray.
    • Mix cake mix and pumpkin puree in a bowl until combined and smooth. Add chocolate chips and mix again.
    • Scoop each cookie onto the baking sheet. Option to add more chocolate chips on top.
    • Bake for 15-17 minutes.
    • Let them cool and enjoy!
